From the Heart of Naples to Your Local Community
'PaperTrail' was born from a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Via Vittorio Emanuele, 45. The Rossi lineage initiated this pizza establishment in 1985, beginning as a quaint family business, rooted in age-old family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, perfected her pizza craft by learning from Neapolitan pizza masters in Italy. After her Italian sojourn, she brought back the essence of Italian pizza to the UK, determined to offer an authentic experience using long-standing techniques and prime ingredients.
Starting out as a cozy pizzeria with merely 12 seats, we've now flourished into a cherished neighborhood feature. Yet, our dedication to excellence and authenticity persists. We rely on traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch everyday, and prioritize the finest ingredients available.
Now under the guidance of the Rossi family's second generation, 'PaperTrail' continues as a family enterprise, fueled by a team enthusiastic about serving delicious, authentic pizzas that unite our patrons.
