Thank you for your purchase at PaperTrail. We appreciate your love for our pizzas and are committed to ensuring that you enjoy our products. The following policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested and processed for orders placed through our website papertrail.sbs or by phone +39 02 7602 3155.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing the order. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot guarantee cancellation after this timeframe. If successful, you will receive a full refund in the original payment method.
Non-Delivery or Incorrect Order
In the rare event that your order is not delivered or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us immediately, and no later than 24 hours after the estimated delivery time. We will either arrange for the correct items to be delivered or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Quality Concerns
We stand behind the quality of our pizzas. If your order doesn't meet your satisfaction due to quality issues such as under/over-cooking or incorrect toppings, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We'll offer a new pizza free of charge, or a refund depending on your preference.
Refund Processing
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Orders that have been fully consumed or discarded, or issues reported after the stated timeframes are not eligible for refunds. Custom orders with special instructions that have been fulfilled accordingly cannot be refunded.
Gift Cards
Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable; however, they can be used on future orders at PaperTrail.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of the products sold.
